‘Final Fantasy VII’ digital download finally released, on sale

Final Fantasy VII digital download finally released, on saleAfter the greatly anticipated re-release of Final Fantasy VII was posted for download a few weeks ago — then quickly pulled — the game has come back, with no signs of going away.

Available on the game’s official website, this release of the RPG classic includes achievements that are sure to delight long-time fans. Though the game’s original price was $11.99, it is on temporary sale at $9.99, until September 12.

For some, this is an opportunity to play an almost universally beloved RPG for the first time. For others, it will be a nostalgia-laden reunion, possibly driven by the desire to gather every achievement and prove once and for all that they can best the game’s many difficult bosses.

So, VGW faithful, what are you looking forward to the most about diving back into Final Fantasy VII?
