  • The NCAA Football 13: Recent Winners Pack, which gives you Tim Tebow, Mark Ingram, and Matt Leinart in the game’s Heisman Mode

These free downloads and discounts are available for people who sign up for the PlayStation Plus program at the PlayStation Store. It’s $49.99 per year, or $17.99 for three months, with the caveat that you’re locked out of any free content from the program if you unsubscribe.
